Batch query for Hapmap and Perlegen genotype data

Genotype Batch Query: Batch query of genotype data from HapMap/Perlegen Project

This is a localized re-organized data from HapMap latest genotype release (http://www.hapmap.org) and Perlegen (http://genome.perlegen.com/).

It outputs genotype dump data similar to the one that can be obtained from HapMap's homepage.

Input:

List of regions of interest, including chromosomes, start and end positions, cutoff MAF, ethnicity (by default Caucasian. The others are Chinese, Japanese, and African)
