SNPFilter: scores SNPs by function effect, and filters them by physical position, polymorphism type. Also mask out "excluded regions".

Input:  

• Data obtained from SNPQuery-rslist or SNPQuery-position
  or
  User's own data in the same format, a Excel spreadsheet template is provided so that user can fill in the required data, and copy & paste into a text file or the input space below.
• List of regions to be excluded if some regions can be excluded from further SNP selection. (example data, please make sure "chr" data is identical to your SNP data in format. It is case-sensitive.)
  

Process:

• remove SNPs located within the regions to be excluded
• remove or keep indels or mutliple-allele SNPs
• score SNPs for its function effect
• prepare input data file for SNPSelector
