SNPs mapped to multiple locations will be excluded from the outputs automatically.

Input: list of genomic regions.

Add Kb extra sequence at both ends of all the genomic regions

2. Use as primary map (dbSNP has more mapped SNPs than UCSC map).  Only SNPs mapped to this primary map will be collected.
