SNPrimers: Map and plot primers to amplicons of SNPs (batch) - especially useful for Pyrosequencing assay design.

Input: <batch format amplicon/gDNA sequence around SNPs> + <Primers list> 

Requirement: READ THIS BEFORE USING IT!

• batch gDNA sequence of around SNPs as input. 
• SNP ids need to match primer id  (for example, rs951436_R, rs951436_F, rs951436_R-pyro are primers for SNP rs951436).
• The gDNA should be the one used for primer design, therefore the primer should match the gDNA perfectly. No homolog mapping.  If a homolog mapping is needed, please use DNannotator primer mapping function.

The output shows the positions and orientations of the mapped primers. And a few bps immediate after the (pyrosequencing's) sequencing primers.
