Informatics at Dr. Liu's Laboratories  

Research Goal:

We are hunting for susceptibility genes for Bipolar disorder using both positional cloning and candidate gene strategies.  Statistics, genomics, informatics and molecular genetics technologies have been implemented to pursue the goal.

Some tools will work for studies of the other species, if you do not need to use data provided by our systems, including genome sequence, SNPs, etc.

• DNannotator -- Tools for batch and custom mapping of features to regional genomic sequences
