Remove features from gb-header or a feature table

To remove a batch of annotations from a gb-header or a features table by supplying a list of features.  All features with feature name in the list will be removed. 

• In DNannotator features table, the 5th column is the "feature name".  The name should be single word or single word right after "=".  The name should be identical in "removal list" and "features table".
• In Genbank format data, one name used in "/note=" or "db_xref=" or "/label=" should be identical to the name in the list. Then, that corresponding feature will be removed.
