To create unique set of query sequence in FASTA  format

If duplicated entries presented in a set of FASTA sequence data, this will help you to create a unique set.  This will eliminate the duplicated mapping efforts, save time for both BLAST and interpretation of BLAST results.

 

1. Please give the FASTA sequence data file:

2. Output file name you prefer   (The file name should not contain white space. It should be only composed of numbers, letters a to Z, "-" and "_" .)

3. Unique ID is based on the in FASTA file ("> ***" line)
